Where will the driver pick me up?

If this is an airport, the driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a sign that you indicated in the ordering process.

If this is a hotel, in the hotel lobby at the reception.

Other meeting places by agreement (railway stations, bus stations, shops, zoos, etc.).

If you are in a pedestrian area, the driver will meet you at a designated area.

What if my flight is delayed?

We always monitor the flights of tourists, if the flight is delayed for a very long time, it is better to inform our support team about this.

What type of car will I be provided with?

You will receive a car that best suits the number of travelers in your group: sedan (up to 3 passengers), minivan (from 4 passengers) or minibus (for groups of 7 people). For larger groups, a combination of vehicles will be used. Although the model may differ, you can be sure that the provided vehicle will meet your requirements in terms of safety, reliability and comfort.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, just call +34 000 000 000 or email us at info@.com. We understand that your plans may change, so we do not charge for changes or cancellations of bookings (made at least 24 hours before travel).

Do I need to order a child seat?

In our country, child seats are required and if we do not provide a seat, we can get a fine.
